Soya chunks is a great source of
protein and I include in our diet in the form of either fry or kurma with it.
But today for a change made soya chunks 65 for the meatless dishes.It came out
super delicious and we all enjoyed.


Ingredients
Soya
Chunks/meal maker-1/2cup
Ginger&garlic
paste-11/2tsp
Turmeric
powder-1/4 tsp
Chilly
powder-11/4tsp
Garam masala
powder-1/4tsp
Curry
leaves-2 sprigs
Corn
flour-2tbs
Maida-2tbs
Red food
color-a pinch[optional]
Oil-for
frying
Salt-to
taste

Instructions
  1. Soak the soya chunks in
    hot water and rinse it couple of times, squeeze the water.
  2. In a bowl mix, add the
    soaked soya chunks, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,
    chilli powder, garam masala and  mix it well.
  3. Then add the corn flour
    and all purpose flour, give it a mix. Sprinkle some water and mix it well.
    Make sure the soya chunks are well coated.
  4. Fry it in the oil in a
    medium flame and drain it on a paper towel.
  5. Serve it hot. Enjoy.
