protein and I include in our diet in the form of either fry or kurma with it.
But today for a change made soya chunks 65 for the meatless dishes.It came out

Ingredients
Soya
Chunks/meal maker-1/2cup
Chunks/meal maker-1/2cup
Ginger&garlic
paste-11/2tsp

Turmeric
powder-1/4 tsp
powder-1/4 tsp
Chilly
powder-11/4tsp
powder-11/4tsp
Garam masala
powder-1/4tsp

Curry
leaves-2 sprigs

Corn
flour-2tbs
flour-2tbs
Maida-2tbs
Red food
color-a pinch[optional]

Oil-for

Instructions
- Soak the soya chunks in
hot water and rinse it couple of times, squeeze the water. - In a bowl mix, add the
soaked soya chunks, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,
chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well. - Then add the corn flour
and all purpose flour, give it a mix. Sprinkle some water and mix it well.
Make sure the soya chunks are well coated. - Fry it in the oil in a
medium flame and drain it on a paper towel. - Serve it hot. Enjoy.
