Onion samosa,
simple yet satisfying snack recipe, which is a favorite snack for everyone can
be prepared very easily and in less time. I prepared these samosas with 2 big
onions and a cup of all purpose flour, maida in less than half an hour. I want
to share this recipe so everyone can make these at home in no time.

INGREDIENTS
·        
All
purpose flour/maida-1 cup
·        
Onion
sliced-2
·        
Ginger
–Finely chopped 1 tsp
·        
Salt-
To taste
·        
Water-To
knead
·        
Oil-To
deep fry
·        
Garam
masala-1 tsp
·        
Pepper
powder-1 tsp
·        
Chaat
masala-1/2 tsp
·        
Coriander
leaves-Finely chopped 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1.   
In
a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, water and knead into a medium soft dough.
2.   
Apply
oil and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3.   
In
a kadai, add oil and then finely chopped onion.
4.   
Fry
until onion becomes brown, then add garam masala and salt to taste.
5.   
Switch
off the flame and add chaat masala and finely chopped coriander leaves.
6.   
Mix
well. Onion stuffing is ready.
7.   
Divide
equal portions of dough and keep it ready for rolling.
8.   
Roll
the dough into circle shapes.
9.   
In
a circle dough layer keep 2 tsp stuffing in the corner.
10.  Fold and stick it into semi-circle
using water in the edges.
11.  Now cut the edges leaving the semi-circle.
Apply water in the cuts.
12.  Roll the semi-circle and then press
the corners to make the moon shapes.
13.  Heat oil in a kadai in medium flame.
14.  Drop the samosas one by one and deep
fry in low medium flame.
15.  When the color changes, flip it and
fry.
16.  Crispy onion samosas are ready. Enjoy.
