Crispy Wheat Roll
Crispy wheat roll is prepared from whole wheat flour as
outer covering, filled with a sweet coconut mixture. This is similar to the
bakarwadi recipe, but with much simple ingredients and a quick snack which is not deep fried, even though crispy
and crunchy in every bite.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.
In a large mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt,
oil and water.

into soft dough, just like chapathi dough. Keep it aside.

Heat a wok, add 2 tsp ghee, then cardamom powder
and grated coconut.

and mix until the mixture thickens.

powder and water, mix into thin batter without any lumps.

Roll out the chapathi dough in a rectangular
shape and spread the coconut mixture.

fry in a pan.
