Vegetable Biryani In Pressure Cooker| Bindu Recipes | வெஜிடபிள் பிரியாணி...
Vegetable biryani is an aromatic rice dish
made by cooking basmati rice with mix veggies, herbs & biryani spices.
Traditionally Biryani was made by dum cooking
marinated meat with basmati rice & spices. Making a vegetarian version
becomes much simpler as the veggies need no marination.
It is served as lunch recipe since it is
filled with all flavours of vegetables and aromatic rice. It's a simple recipe
and easy one too, since cooked in pressure cooker, not a big deal of time and
work.
